Remodeling on Forgotten Kitchen Features

If there were an awards gala for kitchen features, then oven ranges, refrigerators and dishwashers would be on the edge of their seat every year. Granite would most certainly be in the hall of fame and oak cabinets would receive the lifetime achievement award.

You can upgrade every major appliance in the kitchen, then install new cabinets, countertops, and flooring, but until these forgotten features are taken care of something will always feel out of place.

Toaster ovens sit on countertops across the nation but are more background than anything else. Still, a quality toaster oven upgrade can make quite a difference in the kitchen.

Cabinet hardware is often overshadowed by the cabinets themselves, but are critical to the look and feel of any kitchen.

Drawer hardware consists of the tracks that enable (or inhibit) easy opening and closing. While these important pieces of hardware are very much behind the scenes, they make the difference between frustration and relaxation in the kitchen.

New Furniture may sound a little strange when discussing kitchen upgrades, but many kitchens have quite a bit of furniture...or could use some. Kitchen carts, sideboards, and small bistro tables are some options. --calfinder--
